Once the cleaning dieplates are secured, the machine can be plugged back in to start the cleaning process.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you do not have cleaning dieplates, please follow the rest of the steps with the machine unplugged.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t05\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/mbx-cleaning-reverse-button.jpg\" alt=\"mbx-cleaning-reverse-button\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"mbx-cleaning-reverse-button\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Release the e-stop, press start to fire up the chipper, and then turn the rolls on in reverse.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t06\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/mbx-cleaning-rollers.jpg\" alt=\"mbx-cleaning-rollers\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"mbx-cleaning-rollers\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>With the chipper rolls turning, spray your cleaning solution through the cleaning dieplate grates on the front and back of the machine. Leave that to soak for a couple of minutes.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t07\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/mbx-cleaning-front-rear.jpg\" alt=\"mbx-cleaning-front-rear\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"mbx-cleaning-front-rear\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Now take the front bucking dieplate and the rear guard window and put them down onto a surface that won&#8217;t damage them. Spray them with your cleaning solution. If the resin build up is light, you will be able to wipe them down and rinse them right away. If the build up is heavier, let the cleaning solution sit for a few minutes before wiping down.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t08\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/mbx-cleaning-spray-rollers.jpg\" alt=\"mbx-cleaning-spray-rollers\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1980\" title=\"mbx-cleaning-spray-rollers\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Use a hose or a pressure washer to spray through the front and rear dieplates to clean off the rolls and chipper. If the resin build up is heavy, you may need to apply a second round of cleaner and rinse again.
