The fascia holds the window tight to the separator and seals the vacuum system. You should not have any gaps between the thumb-screw shafts and the fascia cut-outs, or between the fascia and the window.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t02\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/02a-2020_10_26-20_44_01-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"02a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"02a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>If you notice any gaps, make sure to fix it with the separator out of the trimmer. Do not try to adjust the fascia while the separator is installed in the trimmer.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t03\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/03b-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"03b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"03b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>With the window and fascia correctly installed, let&#8217;s slide the separator into place. There&#8217;s a rail on the left side of the separator that carries the weight on the left side, but there is nothing carrying the weight on the right side.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t04\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/04b-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"04b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"04b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Once you have a couple inches of the rail resting on the left side, lift the right side of the separator up a bit and the separator will slide in easily.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t05\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/05a-2020_10_26-20_44_01-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"05a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"05a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>To secure the separator tightly in place, pull the hockey stick all the way up until it is flush with profile of the separator.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t06\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/07b-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"07b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"07b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>The electrical compartment, or &#8220;E-box&#8221;, requires good airflow to keep the motors and electronics cool.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t07\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/07a-2020_10_26-20_44_01-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"07a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"07a (2020_10_26 20_44_01 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Be sure to check the E-box filter before every trim-session, and replace it as it becomes clogged with kief dust.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t08\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/08a-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"08a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"08a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>The trim tote gasket should butt together above the warning logo on the trim tote. This gasket is an integral part of the vacuum system and should completely seal the top of the trim tote.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t09\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/09a-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"09a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"09a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>There shouldn&#8217;t be anymore than 1\/4&#8243; of gap where the two ends of the gasket meet.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t10\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/10a-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"10a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"10a (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Install the trim tote with the gasket joint in first. Make sure you slide the trim tote all the way in.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t11\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/11b-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"11b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"11b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>When you pull the latches up into place there should be no gap between the trim tote gasket and the underside of the separator.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t12\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/05\/12b-2020_10_18-01_16_11-UTC.jpg\" alt=\"12b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"12b (2020_10_18 01_16_11 UTC)\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Be sure to perform a 6-point inspection.
