It is vitally important that the facia and window form a tight fit with the separator body. Once assembled, the separator must be air tight so that maximum vacuum and trim quality can be achieved.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t04\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-04.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-04\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-04\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Installing the facia in a way that leaves an air gap around the window will result in reduced vacuum and compromised trim quality. <\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t05\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-05.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-05\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-05\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Ensure that at least two of the casters are locked so that the trimmer does not move as you are installing the separator.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t06\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-06.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-06\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-06\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Gripping the separator using both hands, position it between the fan housing and hockey stick.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t07\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-07.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-07\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-07\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>With the top side of the separator approximately parallel with the floor, begin sliding the separator into place, recognizing that the guide rail on the left side of the separator will be sliding on top of the support rail on the body of the machine.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t08\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-08.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-08\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-08\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>When the separator is fully in place, it is supported on one side by the support rail and on the other side by the fan housing.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t09\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/SI-09.jpg\" alt=\"S&amp;I-09\" height=\"478\" width=\"850\" title=\"S&amp;I-09\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Because the separator is not fully installed, there is no support coming from the fan housing yet, which can cause the separator to tilt to one side.
