Ensure rings and end caps are flush and sealed, and that the rings are properly hydrated.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <ul><li><ul><li>If you&#8217;re trimming and washing your tumbler daily, the tumbler rings should be well-hydrated.<\/li><li>If you trim and wash less frequently, the rings could lose moisture content and require re-hydrating.<\/li><li>If your rings are too dry and therefore not very flexible, re-hydrate by placing the tumbler in a sealed plastic bag or tote with a small amount of water, (an ounce or two is plenty), and leave for 24 hours. You should notice a significant difference in the rings&#8217; pliability after re-hydration.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check trim tote gasket condition. Ensure gasket is not damaged and is securely attached to trim tote all the way around the rim.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check trim tote condition. Trim tote should be rectangular (not bowed or distorted) and should not have any cracks or tears.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>If using separator with installed sensor cable, ensure it is in good condition. Wipe the sensor cable end and the body receptacle with an iso wipe to ensure there is no residue impeding the connection.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check helical blades, bed knives and spacer bars to ensure there is no damage (i.e. no nicks on the cutting edges or gouges on the body of each of these parts). Ensure dowel pin is in place.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check brush to ensure there is no damage to bristles.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check E-box filter, located under the power receptacle. Change out if necessary.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\tPerform\t<\/h1>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tAfter Each Use\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t <h4>Note: Perform These Steps With The Machine Unplugged<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Thoroughly clean all plant-touching parts and place parts in an orientation that ensures that they drain and dry completely.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>After rinsing the tumbler, store it wet in a plastic bag until next use. This will maintain the flexibility of the tumbler rings and end caps.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Tumbler-Store-n-Hydrate.pdf\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTumbler Storage &#038; Hydration\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h1>\n\t\t\tPerform\t<\/h1>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tEvery 50 Hours\t<\/h2>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tMaintenance\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t <h4>Note: Perform These Steps With The Machine Unplugged<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Remove dust and other particulate that may have accumulated inside the E-box of the machine. To access this area, remove the 6 screws from the site panel and use compressed air and a vacuum to remove the particulate.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check &#8216;hockey stick&#8217; to ensure that it is in good working condition and not bent.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check trim tote engagement levers and rails to ensure that a proper seal is achieved when the trim tote is installed.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\tPerform\t<\/h1>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tEvery 150 Hours\t<\/h2>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tMaintenance\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t <h4>Note: Perform These Steps With The Machine Unplugged<\/h4>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Check condition of gears and pulleys on left side of machine, lid and all helical blades.
