Let it sit for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes. Ensure the cleaning solution does not dry on the surfaces. Scrub or wipe away any particularly thick resin buildups.<\/p>\n<h5>BEARING BLOCKS<\/h5>\n<p>Place the helical blades on the <a href=\"\/en-ca\/accessories\/#blade-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Support Rack<\/a>. Spray the cleaning solution on the bearing blocks, but avoid spraying directly onto the bearing itself. Avoid spraying directly onto electrical components (control panel, power cord port, lid\/body connector), and bearings (center portion of gears and pulleys on the outfeed side of the machine). Use a soft cloth and hot water to wipe away light soils. A <a href=\"https:\/\/gmpsolutions.com\/product\/safescrape-blue-blade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plastic razor<\/a> can be used to remove heavier resin buildups.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t02 Rinse\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Wipe down the machine with a damp cloth to remove the residual cleaning solution.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A pressure washer can be used to spray down some components &#8211; <i>with caution<\/i>. Do not direct the pressure washer onto electrical components or bearings. Avoid allowing excess moisture to seep into these areas<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t03 sanitize\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Spray with a disinfectant to sanitize if necessary.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\tPRESSURE WASH: YES*\n\t<\/h4>\n<h5>\n\t\t*WASH WITH CAUTION AROUND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND BEARINGS\n\t<\/h5>\n<h2>\n\t\tTumbler &#038; Brush\n\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\tAutomatic Tumbler &#038; Brush Washer\n\t<\/h3>\n<h4>\n\t\t01 CLean\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Fill the basin of the <a href=\"\/en-ca\/product\/mobius-tumbler-brush-washer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mobius Washer<\/a> with hot water and a cleaning solution. Check your cleaner for dilution information. If using GMP Solutions Step 1 Cleaner, use a ratio of one part concentrate to five parts hot water.<\/p>\n<p>Install the soiled tumbler and brush in the washer, turn it on, and allow it to rotate for approximately 5 minutes or until clean.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t02 Rinse\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Remove the tumbler and brush from the washer and rinse thoroughly.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t03 sanitize\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Spray with a disinfectant to sanitize.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tManual Cleaning\n\t<\/h3>\n<h4>\n\t\t01 CLean\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Fill your <a href=\"\/en-ca\/accessories\/#tubs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wash tote<\/a> with hot water and a cleaning solution. The solution ratio will depend on the cleaner used, but if using the GMP Solutions Cleaner, use a ratio of one part Step 1 Concentrate to five parts hot water.<\/p>\n<p>Immerse the tumbler and brush in the cleaning solution in the tote and allow them to soak for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes. If the tumbler is not fully covered, rotate the tumbler periodically during the soak period to help penetrate all soils. Once the tumbler has been soaking for a few minutes, a soft-bristled brush can be used to gently scrub along the wires and around the end caps to help remove resin buildup.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t02 Rinse\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Rinse thoroughly with warm or hot water. A pressure washer can be used to rinse the tumbler &#8211; with caution. The nozzle of the pressure washer should be at a sufficient distance from the tumbler, so as to not damage the end caps or rings.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t03 Sanitize\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Spray with a disinfectant to sanitize if necessary.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\tPressure Wash: Yes*\n\t<\/h4>\n<h5>\n\t\t*WASH WITH CAUTION AROUND END CAPS AND RINGS\n\t<\/h5>\n<h2>\n\t\tFan Housing Filter Bags\n\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\tWet Trim Bags\n\t<\/h3>\n<h4>\n\t\t01 CLean\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Remove the <a href=\"\/en-ca\/product\/fan-housing-filter-bag-wet-trim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wet trim fan housing filter bag<\/a> from the support wire. Place both the wire and the bag in a mixture of hot water and cleaning solution. Follow the dilution instructions for your cleaner. Let soak for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t02 Rinse\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Rinse thoroughly with warm or hot water.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t03 Dry\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Hang to dry.
