This can be done solo, but it&#8217;s often helpful to have a second set of hands to hold the opposite end of the tumbler while you guide the lead end cap into the lid.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t04\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-05.jpg\" alt=\"00-05\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-05\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Once the tumbler is loosely positioned within the lid, install one of the blue retaining rings onto the infeed end.\u00a0The tabs on the ring will show silver and alternate with the tabs on the tumbler end cap when unlocked.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t05\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-06.jpg\" alt=\"00-06\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-06\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Rotate the ring counterclockwise to lock into place. The handles and valve dial will now all be in one line.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t09\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-10.jpg\" alt=\"00-10\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-10\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Attach your air supply to the Schrader valve on the Spring Jack and apply enough pressure to bottom out the spring pack in the lid. This will typically run between 100 and 130 PSI. The number itself doesn&#8217;t matter &#8211; the purpose is to give ourselves enough slack on the tumbler to get the opposite retaining ring on.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t10\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-12.jpg\" alt=\"00-12\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-12\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Now we&#8217;re ready to install the retaining ring on the opposite side of the tumbler. Just as was done with the first retaining ring, position this one with the ring tabs alternating with the tumbler end cap tabs. Position your hands so that your fingers are pulling out on the black tumbler end cap and your thumbs are pushing in and rotating the blue ring into the locked position. Again, no silver on the ring tabs should be visible.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t11\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-13-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"00-13\" height=\"1350\" width=\"2400\" title=\"00-13\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Before tensioning the tumbler it&#8217;s important to check the alignment of the wires. Working from one end, trace one of the tumbler wires across to the other end. Rotate the loose end as necessary to ensure that the tumbler wires will be straight once under tension.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t12\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-14.jpg\" alt=\"00-14\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-14\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>The final and most satisfying step can now be taken! Push in and rotate the valve dial on the Spring Jack counterclockwise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t13\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-15.jpg\" alt=\"00-15\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-15\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>The Spring Pack will decompress and the tumbler is now under tension.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t14\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-17.jpg\" alt=\"00-17\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-17\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Rotate the Spring Jack handles outward and remove the tool from the lid.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\t15\t<\/h3>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mobiustrimmer.com\/en-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/09\/00-18.jpg\" alt=\"00-18\" height=\"1080\" width=\"1920\" title=\"00-18\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>Take a look at the two retaining rings and ensure that the silver tabs are not visible.
