How does it work?
You’ll work with one of our harvest consultants to determine the best equipment for your facility. Once you have selected the equipment, we schedule a delivery window that corresponds to a time when you will be harvesting. Once payment has been received, we will ship the equipment, and the guarantee timeline only begins once the delivery has been accepted.
Depending on the equipment selection we will conduct either an in-person or virtual training session with you to make sure your team is ready to make the most of the money-back guarantee period from day one.
A full Mobius tandem line with M108S Trimmers and conveyors will include a one-day on-site commissioning by a Mobius representative, who will walk you through uncrating and operating the equipment to ensure you’re maximizing the value of your purchase. Other systems, such as the M210 Mill or MBX Bucker, are so simple to operate that you won’t need any additional help; you’ll be able to run these machines on multiple strains over a few days to see why Mobius is the best solution available.
What if I’m not happy?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your equipment, we will arrange a shipment back to our Las Vegas warehouse and provide a refund within 14 business days of receipt.
Refund is pending assessment of equipment at Eteros Technologies warehouse. The cost to return and/or repair damaged equipment will be reduced from the total refund with a detailed summary provided to the customer. The exact details of the money-back guarantee are to be determined at the time of purchase.
