M9 Bud Sorter
COMMERCIAL CANNABIS SORTER
Effortless Flower Sorting
Stay competitive, increase efficiency, and improve your crop’s marketability with the M9 Cannabis Sorter from Mobius. The Mobius M9 quickly sorts flowers by size to streamline post-harvest processes and optimize your crop’s salable value.
With an industry-leading 78" of total sorting distance and nine sorting belts, the M9 is the fastest and most precise cannabis sorter on the market. Stainless steel construction, operator safety guarding, tool-free disassembly, and simple cleaning make it easy to integrate the M9 bud sorter into post-harvest workflows at GMP-certified facilities.
The M9 cannabis and hemp bud sorter is an integral part of any bud sorting system.
100% Automation Compatible
Combined with the optional Autofeed Conveyor, the M9 integrates seamlessly into the Mobius harvesting system, creating a fully automated process from bucking to trimming to sorting. To accommodate different workflows, the outfeed direction can be configured to suit your layout. Finally, the sorting partitions can be adjusted or removed in seconds, resulting in unlimited customizable sorting size options. It handles small and large buds with ease.
Gentle and Precise
Unlike manual screen sorters or vibratory sorters, the M9 is gentle and precise with minimal agitation of the bud structure. Food-grade polyurethane belts reduce handling damage and preserve trichomes for enhanced product potency, bag and packaging appeal, and price.
It can also help sort your product to be used for quality pre-rolls or extraction.
The North-American built M9 Sorter has a 100% stainless steel construction with easy disassembly for pressure washing, making it compliant for integration into GMP-certified workflows.
- 100% Stainless Steel Construction
- IQ/OQ Documentation Package Available
- Operating in North America, Europe, South America, Canada, Australia
Like all Mobius products, all M9 components can be removed without tools, resulting in fast disassembly, easy cleaning, and quick reassembly. This simple design and stainless steel construction keep your sorting GMP compliant.
The M9 uses safety interlocks to provide the highest level of operator safety. The system automatically shuts down if a maintenance panel is removed, and the sorting tray immediately glows red to indicate a fault status. Once the fault is corrected, the operator must restart the machine using the Human Machine Interface (HMI) controls, which comply with leading CSA, EU, and UL safety standards.
Safety interlocks are integrated into all access panels. When a panel is removed, the interlock automatically puts the machine into fault mode, limiting operator exposure to moving parts.
Status Indicator Lights
Built-in LED indicator lights communicate the machine's operating status. For example, the sorting tray will illuminate blue when it is ready to sort, white when in operation, and red when in fault mode.
The M9 Sorter motor is CSA/UL Listed and the machine is CE certified. Hemp cultivators and growers can rest easy with the M9 Sorter
