ETEROS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ETEROS”)
These Standard Terms and Condition govern all sales of products sold by Eteros, including Mobius equipment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Quotes are valid for 10 days from date on quote. Any quoted lead times are based on current inventory status and/or material availability. Note that lead times may shift between issuance of a quote and receipt of a deposit. Eteros reserves the right to adjust lead times as orders near completion.
Storage fees will be charged on orders ready to ship if receipt of payment is delayed by 14 days from invoice date. Storage fees are charged at 5% of the order total per month.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment in full is required before delivery on orders including serialized items, or on items with a unit value of $4,000 or greater. Net 30 terms are extended on parts orders with a unit price of less than $4,000, following an approved credit check. Eteros Technologies reserves the right to withdraw credit terms extended to customers with a history of delayed payments. To apply for a credit account, please contact ar@eteros.com.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a spot in our production schedule for items with a lead time.
All orders over $6,000 that are paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. Interest charges of 2% per month will be applied on overdue accounts.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions can be monitored and adjusted by logging into your account on mobiustrimmer.com. Subscriptions do not expire automatically, and can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting orders@mobiustrimmer.com.
SHIPMENT POLICIES
Orders outside of the continental US and Canada require custom shipping quotes. Shipping charges will be incurred on orders with a gross subtotal under $3,500. The order must ship to a single location in order to qualify for free shipping.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICIES
All orders are governed by our standard warranty. Please see our separate warranty document for further details or contact us for more information.
Returns are limited exclusively to unused parts returned within 30 days from receipt of shipping with prior written approval from Eteros. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that can not be returned include all serialized equipment, including but not limited to; buckers, trimmers, sorters, conveyors, related accessories, and electronic components.
GOVERNING LAWS
Mobius equipment is intended for processing of legal plant matter only. Eteros is not responsible for consequences resulting from the use of its equipment in a prohibited manner or operation.
