You’ll notice how important it is to have enough space and horizontal surfaces to place the individual components on for cleaning. When setting up your wash bay, be sure to keep this in mind. You may also want to outfit your room with the racks seen in our video. All of these are listed in the ‘Caring for your M108S’ section of the Mobius site.

When cleaning your M108S, it's a good idea to separate the parts into two groups.

1 - Anodized and nitrided parts should be cleaned using a product with a pH of 7.0 - 10.0. This group includes the blades, retaining rings, body and lid, and the anodized versions of the separator and fan housing.

15

16

2 - The second group can be cleaned using products with a broader pH range of 7.0 – 14.0. This group includes the trim tote, brush, tumbler, lid and side panels and stainless steel separator and fan housing.
