Blade System

Step By Step - Helical Blades

Recommended pH Range of Cleaner: 7-10

01 CLean

Place helical blades in blade racks. If resin build-up is minimal, simply wipe down with a cleaning wipe or cloth. If resin build-up is more significant, spray blades with cleaner, avoiding the bearings on either end, and let sit for 5 minutes. Brush/wipe down any areas with significant resin build-up.

To clean bearing blocks, place blades on support racks. Use a cleaning wipe to hand-clean bearing blocks, as necessary.

02 Rinse

Rinse thoroughly with water.

03 sanitize

If necessary, wipe or spray with disinfectant to sanitize.

Step By Step - Bed Knives & Spacer Bars

01 Clean

With parts on racks, soak in the diluted cleaning solution for 5 – 10 minutes, brush/wipe down any areas with significant resin build-up.

02 Rinse

Rinse thoroughly with water.

03 Sanitize

If necessary, wipe or spray with disinfectant.

Step By Step

Recommended pH Range of Cleaner: 7-10

01 CLean

Spray areas that require cleaning with diluted cleaning solution. Allow cleaner to sit for 5 – 10 minutes, then wipe down with a cleaning wipe or soft cloth. For areas with significant resin buildup, a plastic razor blade can be used to scrape off resin before wiping down.

NOTE: Use compressed air to blow down gears and belts on left side of machine.

02 Rinse

Rinse thoroughly with water.

Step By Step - Automatic Tumbler & Brush Washer

Recommended pH Range of Cleaner: 7-14

01 CLean

Add 1 part cleaner to 4 parts hot water, turn on, allow tumbler and brush to rotate for 5-10mins.

02 Rinse

Rinse thoroughly with water.

03 sanitize

Apply sanitizer.

Dry Trim

Fan Housing Filter Bag

Step By Step

01 CLean

You can soak dry trim filters in an all-natural cleaner like Enzymes Komplete. This will eat away the resin while maintaining the material's integrity.

or

In a well-ventilated area, use compressed air to blow out the filter bag.

02 Rinse

Rinse gently but thoroughly with water.

03 Dry

Let the filter bag dry entirely before use.

NOTE: Filter bag should be replaced on a regular basis
